- Heat oil in a pan and as it heats up add the whole garam masalas whacked. As they splutter add the chopped onions and sauté well. Add the tomatoes chopped and cook till they soften. Add the chicken pieces and cook on high flame till they change their colour.
- Add salt and garlic ginger paste. Sauté well. Add yoghurt after beating it well and cook on simmer covered till the chicken is cooked. Add the fresh cream and sauté well. Dry roast the kasuri methi on a tawa and add them crushed with your palm. Immediately cover it to lock the smell of the kasuri methi. Serve with roti, naan or paratha.
